Please provide the solution and required script for following case on jira by using scriptrener or any other flow
Requirement :
Create counter and be implemented in Incident and Service Request counting each resolution rejection.
and this counter shouldnot be visible in the ticket but usable in queries/filters
Are you trying to count the number of times someone uses a transition called "resolution rejected"?
What do you mean by "resolution rejection" ? If it's the number of time it has been "reopen" you can use an automation for jira that increment a field that is not idsplayed in your issue (not in a screen).

Sorry it's "solution rejection" status not "resolution rejection" .It's My typo mistake.
We have a status filed "solution rejection" .Based on number of times rejection we need to get post function for number of time "solution rejection" after fixed the each review comment for incident
