Hi,
I have an issue with Jira for a couple of weeks, when I use the tool and I open (click on) a ticket, sometimes this message is shown (I just click on the ticket on the board). Then I click on the button "Go to the default view" then I can use Jira again for a while and this error is shown several times per day which is very annoying... I tried it out in incognito, I tried to delete all the browser data of Jira but none of them helped.

As I am not an admin, I am not able to create a support ticket for this issue (but that page is also broken because it shows me the workspace URL is not found... and I found the answer here I have no right to create a ticket...).
Could you check whether you are impacted by https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-94494 / https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-94516 ?
Both are fixed now. But i have seen issue reapearing in past :(
Similar issue but I have no filters set and I did not click on any tab. I just wanted to click on a ticket on the board. But in the meanwhile I noticed the board has been renamed and my bookmark was saved with the wrong board name. But it is strange because I was automatically redirected to the correct board but after clicking on the ticket, the error was shown (not before).

Your instinct is right, and it's really one ticket rather than two: 94494 is closed as a duplicate of 94516. They rule themselves out on something sharper than filters or tabs.
Both need a board that belongs to a person, which 94516 states in its opening line as "If you have a board that belongs to a user (not a project)" and 94494 scopes the same way to boards "located on user accounts". Both also fail at the moment of opening the board, from Starred or Recent. Yours opens fine. It only breaks once you click through to a ticket, so the shape is inverted, and if your board sits in a project neither one applies.
The renaming is the better clue. It's also testable in about a minute: reach the board from the sidebar instead of the bookmark, then click a ticket. If that holds, the stale bookmark is still involved despite the redirect sending you to the right place, and replacing it is the whole fix. If it errors from a clean path too, the bookmark is cleared and you have something real to report. Either way you've halved it, which is more than anyone here can do for you from a description.
On the reporting problem, an admin is your route, though direct support tickets start at Standard, so on a Free site that option won't be there for them either and the community is the whole channel. If you are on a paid plan, hand them the trace ID. Support can resolve a trace to the actual failing request, which beats a description of the screen by a distance.

@Krisztián Egri , nice that you have found some discrepancy that might have triggered this behaviour. Try removing the bookmark and using a new one with the correct board details and let us know whether the issue gets fixed . Could help us document them for future users facing the same :)
