Jira plug-in won't show up on our app list

Hello family,
I recently tried adding a few Jira plug-ins to our JIRA Software (cloud) account as I have admin rights, I get the message upon adding that "You will be notified when the plug-in is added". It's over a week now and when I go to our manage apps list they aren't there. What could be the cause of this? I've added 30-day trial version plug-ins in the past without any hassle.
