Auto schedule feature in plans is not working properly for me. it is not reflecting on all issue types. is there a hierarchy which i need to configure? It doesn't reflect to sub issue type(sub task/sub feature).Please help

I take it you've studied Atlassian explanation on how auto scheduling works in Plans (Roadmaps). This page and its subs refer to a number of assumptions/actions/interpretations that step-in if there are shortcomings in the data necessary for a straightforward planning. Also the order in which these interpretations occur might have an influence on the outcome.
In short: the end result you experience is influenced heavily by the input the algorithm receives. It might be worth while for you to discover which data is needed the most to get a better approximation of the result you expect/will be happier with. With this in mind I recommend stepping into the minds of the programmers (by re-reading their extensive documentation) and take inventory what data is missing that could steer towards a better outcome for you.
