Hi Pat,

I’m ready to order our licences, I read the instruction you send to Phil, I selected annual plan for twelve users and I would to confirm with you if the amount i see in standard or premium case, is the annual total for the 12 users or is the annual amount of each user. 

Please confirm to me and I finish the order today.

Adding to Walter's thread, I assume you're looking to procure more seats for your site, if you're on a monthly payment system then you can manage your own seats thru the billing portal https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/purchase-licensing/howtopay

If you're procuring the seats via a vendor would suggest sending them a direct mail to raise a request and quote thru them for procurement.

I am not sure who Phil and Pat are, but if you are referring to what you see on the pricing calculator:

The amounts you see when you select an annual plan, this is the total amount for 1 year for all users. Annual plans are prepaid and are priced according to user tiers. As you can see in the screenshot, 12 users makes you land in the 10-15 user tier, so you can add 3 additional users during the upcoming year without having to upgrade to a higher tier.
