User can log in and navigate through the app with ease. But when they go to add something the app crashes or "quits responding". We've tried uninstalling/installing. Updating the phone OS. Looking at user permissions. Nothing seems out of the ordinary.

@Brandon Miles Hi!

I work in the Jira mobile apps, if you can send a feedback report through the app it will help a lot to understand the problem. Please put in the message that your app is crashing constantly and the team will take a look at it.

Just go to Settings or Account -> Share feedback.

Hello Brandon,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would like to know if the user is using the Mobile app for Cloud or Server.

Are they using the app on Android or iOS?

Can you clarify what is the add button? I'm asking because there are buttons to create projects, issues, add columns, add comments, and so on, so we need to know the steps for us to test here.

Regards,
Angélica
