Jira is at the server and is single sign on. Can I reset my password? Change password asks for current password which is not what it is.

It depends on what you are using for a user directory and SSO.  I suspect you will need to get in touch with your administrators if you cannot find a "reset/forgot/lost password" link in front of you.
