I suggest to request internally in your company the access to Jira.

You can check this way:

Open your site directly:
https://<your-site>.atlassian.net/jira

Interpret the result:

• Jira opens: You have Jira product access. If you cannot see any projects, you need project-level permission from a Jira/project admin.
• “You don’t have access”: Your account exists, but an admin must grant Jira access.
• Jira isn’t available at all: Jira may not be activated or subscribed to on that site.

If you’re an administrator, go to admin.atlassian.com:

• Select your organization.
• Go to Directory → Users.
• Select your account.
• Choose Grant access.
• Select Jira and the appropriate role—normally User.
• Confirm Grant access.
