I am starting an NDA project as the owner, and i want all new team member being onboarded into Jira to sign or go through an NDA before getting access. how do i get that done in Jira?
One way I would do it to create a task/sub task for each of your users and just give them access to this one project. Once they signoff on the NDA by closing the task. You can give them access to rest of the projects.
Yea this helps, i had thought about this, but wanted to see if there was an automated way of configuring an NDA during onboard of new team members, but this might be the easiest way as you have explained.
