Hi All

Is there any limitation of hosting Jira on windows server 2003 instead of windows server 2008?

I am currently in a dilemma. If there is any significant drawback then I will plan to migrate my jira on 2008.

There's nothing that directly affects Jira.

As long as your server runs a supported JDK, then you are fine.

(See https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA052/Supported+Platforms although I'm guessing that you're on 5.2)
