Jira not accessiable

Hi,

I am unable access Jira through Mobile Edge browser as it says "don't have access to my account". This works in the laptop, desktop PC.

Here is the link https://vodafone-global.atlassian.net/jira

Note: However the confluence/wiki page is accessiable.

Need your assistance.

That points to a pure account mismatch.

Try opening an incognito/private window in your mobile browser and log in again. The most likely is that you are signing in with a different Atlassian account than the one that has access.

Link won´t Help us. We are Community members and don´t have acces there.

It will be best if you cooperate with whom gived you acces there.
