Jira mail box configuration

Hi Team,

We have configured Oauth2 and it works fine but there is a problem with connecting Jira mailbox because it was not created as a normal mailbox but rather a shared one. 

My question is do I have to buy a license and use a separate mail box for Jira before the integration can work or there is a work around on how I can use shared mailbox.

Licencing won't have any effect here.  You need to create a proper email box for Jira to use.
