Jira link to a Confluence page throws up an error, when the page is a sub-page or contains spaces?

Hi, I'm trying to work out why, when trying to link a Jira project to a Confluence sub-page or a page containing '+' or spaces in the title throws up an error; when using the 'Confluence page' search? It can be achieved, however, by selecting 'Web Link' and copying in the URL from Confluence; as a workaround.

Is there a reason for this?

I'm using Jira 8.20 and Confluence 7.13. They are linked via the Applink feature.

Hi @Karl Samson

Make sure you have authenticated to confluence instance via Jira when linking the page.

To properly get this working using OAuth (impersonation) Link if the user directory is the same

If you are using a self-signed certificate make sure to install the certificate of both the certificates on either server for trust

Thanks,
Pramodh

Thanks @Pramodh M. We already have both Jira and Confluence linked bi-directional via OAuth (impersonation).
