Hi, everyone!
We are facing an issue within our Jira instance. Redirection is not working when people try to open a ticket via a URL (e.g. received via Jira email notification) and they are not already signed in.
Follows the steps taken trying to open a ticket link while logged out:
Additional information: We are running Jira Software 8.2.6
Thanks in advance for your help!
Best regards!
@André Castro Do you have any apps that could be causing the issue? Are you running a proxy? When did this start?
Hi, @Brant Schroeder,
Actually, this is an old issue here, but we just had time to look into it by now. So, responding your first question, it is hard to say if it is a plugin that is causing it. That is why we are trying to get some inputs from the community.
I found a similar case in the post below, however, we have already discussed this post internally and it doesn't seem to fit our case.
Also, yes, we are running a proxy here. Does the issue may be related to some proxy configuration?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Best regards!

I could be the proxy. What OS are you hosting on?

We were oriented to check the proxy as well by Atlassian support team. Any further tips regarding it?

@André Castro That is where I believe the issue is happening, on the proxy, so I would check that first.
