Hello,
I upgrade Jira from 7.5 to 7.11.1, so I saw that there is a new feature in Kanban to make easy looking for an older issue.
But If i change language to French, I get a word with some special character.

PS: I don't think that is caused by an encoding configuration.
the encoding used is UTF-8, and i use the last chrome navigator, I test also in other navigator an still have the some problem
Is this a normal issue ?
