Jira issues linking with bitbucket branches and commits not wokring

Hi,

We are trying to link our brand new installed jira (v8.6.0 - migrated all our current issues) on self hosted server  with bitbucket cloud.

We did all steps mentioned here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/connect-bitbucket-cloud-to-jira-software-server-814208991.html

After linking steps some of jira issues started to be displayed some linked commit but no 100% and but branches are not displayed at all (branch name validly contain jira issue number liek EX-123-issue-name)

And MOST weird part is that when i look into "DVCS accounts" section under repositiory "Last activity" is displayed some old date that e.g. last activity was at "Tue Feb 11 2020"

but i did commit to that repositiory right now, evan resinked deleted and added repository again anyway last aktivity displayed as "Tue Feb 11 2020"

Is this a BUG or ??

Would be happy to receive any comment or help,
