Jira is too slow while updating the new issues and scenarios

I created a story on Jira Board. When I add/create a new issue then It will take too much time to create a new issue with ID. Many times it gives me the error. After creating the issue when I add a content/Scenario in the created issue then it will also take too much time. Please resolve the problem. Thanks
