Sigh...I have noted dozens of these posts in the JAC items I follow in the last 5 days.  Looks like the keepers-of-JAC need to implement bot detection, account banning, and comment deletion automagically. 

It is a tricky problem as Atlassian likely wants to still allow free-licensed people to participate in JAC...but, there are different user accounts for JAC, Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira), the Ecosystem version of JAC, the Developer Community, etc.  I hypothesize if Atlassian did another account consolidation / cleanup, the JAC "noise" problem would be diminished due to the threshold of first creating a Jira site user to get in the door.

Perhaps a Community Manager, Community Champion, etc. could suggest this to them :^)
