This may indicate that your Jira site is currently undergoing scheduled maintenance. You can read more about that here: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/what-is-a-maintenance-window/

I’d recommend reaching out to your organization admin, who can check the status of your Atlassian apps and any active incidents from admin.atlassian.com → Insights → System Health.

You can also check the public Atlassian Status page to see if there are any broader Jira Cloud incidents. 👀
