Jira is defining wrong component at issue creation

Yesterday users started complaining that Jira is setting up wrong component at issue creation.

ex. Trying to create a new issue at a board that is filtering for a component called "Art" and when the issue is created, two situations can happen:

1- Opens the complete window to create new issue, with and error message "component Art not valid for this Project".
2- Creates the issue but component filed remains in blank and shows and warning saying that issue was created but not displayed in this filter.

We have 6 projects created. Some of them have components created with same name. Never had problems with that. But since yesterday we´re having problems.

Googled for it and found just one case saying that projects must not have components with same name. 
It´s very complicated to change this components name right now. Maybe someone knows any other approach?
