Hi. I installed the jira app in ring central. I followed all of the instructions and thought it was working fine. However, when I update ticket in jira, it is not sending that update to Ring Central.
We got a response when we connect to jira via ring central. It says: Logged in as paul@pmilighthouse.com. Please proceed to updating the ticket.
Am I supposed to do something to make the integration work?

I did not see any documentation on the ringcentral website. I suggest you contact them.
