Jira installation issue - 8080 not working

I have installed the Jira Service Desk in AWS based on the quick start documentation. The installation completed successfully.

But when I tried to access serviceURL, it returned  - 502 Bad Gateway. 

Further investigation found - 

1) when tried to ssh from Bastion to Jira node, I got - Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic).  It's the same key to access the Bastion.

2) From Load Balancer to JIra node - 502 error

3) I connected Jira from AWS session manager, It shows no 8080

I'm new about Jira. We are looking to use Jira to replace our current service desk CRM .
