Jira in Azure/VM/Cloud, Can we use Azure Key Vault to store password and other secrets..?

Hi,
Moved our datacenter Jira instance to a VM in Azure/Cloud with Oracle db instance. Question is, if we store password/connection string details in Azure Key Vault, How do we retrieve it and use it as currently it is stored in the configuration file as per the link below.
