Jira has not been working

Jira has not been working since this morning. I’m unable to access it, and it appears to be unavailable. Could you please check if there is an issue with the service and let me know the status?

https://status.atlassian.com/ doesn't show any incidents. Whats your issue? Can you elaborate more?

I'm unable to log in to Jira. After entering my credentials, it keeps loading indefinitely and never completes the login process.
