Hi!

I want to invite guest to our jira with one project access.

We move all our internal users to special group "Employee".
"Default software scheme" was edited - "access to product" permission was removed and access to group granted. (btw, why Default Permission Scheme and Default software scheme?!!) 

Spent a few hours to fix all permission schemes due dumb interface.
And now what I see... all Next-gen projects still available. Oh, yes, sure, it's Jira.

But now the question - how to leave full access to Next-gen projects to all our internal users (from group "employee"), but hide that projects from guests?

Ok, found answer by self

Need to change project to Private and add group as Viewer

Now, looking for answer, is it possible to make this permissions by default for new next-gen projects
