Jira > Capture > Language settings: Set German?

Hi,

How can I change the language of Jira: Capture to German?

Currently, I changed the Global Settings for Jira to Deutsch (German).

Capture is still in English.

This request is open since 2011 and not yet implemented! Such a basic feature of a software

Its currently not possible but we have an open feature request for this here:
