Jira google sheet export is failing

Hi!

I've been having trouble with Jira Google Sheets export. In this case I have it scheduled to refresh hourly, yet it's been 3 hours since the last update. Also, the export is failing many times over, meaning many issues are not exported. I have a big board, but not that big 3000 issues shouldn't be a problem. So as soon as I go back to the spreadsheet I see the export failed and I have to manually go and refresh it. It can go days for me to go back, and I've got data studio boards feeding from this sheet, my KPI's break every day!

Is someone else having the same issues? Can someone from support contact me?

Export is to Google sheets is limited to 10,000 so you should be fine.  Can you please check the information here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/How-to-export-more-than-1000-issues-using-Google-Sheets/ba-p/1810436 to ensure that everything is setup correctly.
