Jira forms

Hey

I built a form in our confluence page that our employees can use for different actions eg access request, on/offboarding etc. 

I used the 'new' form builder in jira. 

Is there a way the employees can either go back to the form and edit it once its been submitted or is there a way they can they save a partially filled form to continue working on later?

Is there maybe a better option for this?
