Jira for google chat plugin fails to connect to Jira

Hi,
I want to add "Google chat for jira cloud" plugin link here in Jira. It works till the last step and then it stops working. Basically, we want to create issues directly from Google chat, so things are not forgetten.
So, this is like a deal-breaker for us. I have tried it from Firefox, Chrome, private-window, etc. I am already a ORG-Admin, so permissions shouldn't be an issue. Screenshot attached.
Anyone knows what is the problem. I have tried removing plugin and all the steps.
