Jira for Manufacturing

Hello, I am interested in utilizing Jira to organize and track a product throughout manufacturing in Jira. We would like to use a barcode approach to trace a raw product upon arrival and then trace the product along production by utilizing the barcode each time it arrives at a different workstation. Each product contains a sub-product which might require them to be sent to different workstations before being completed and shipped out. Would anyone be able to provide a short demo if possible on how we could implement and configure Jira work management's board to be able to achieve this? A recommended Jira app to implement the barcode app would also be very useful. Thank you!
