Jira exports results in XLS format, but date fields does not have time information

Jira exports results in XLS format, but date fields does not have time information

I want to export columns created date and resolved date, but it does not have the time (only the date).

When I export as XLS its OK, Date+time.

How can I change the date format for XLS export ?
