Jira endpoint changes 2025 startAt no longer works

Up until 26th September my JQL query worked fine.  Atlassian have made changes to their endpoints as has been well documented it is a total ClusterF.  I've managed to get the query etc working except now the StartAt is only returning the first pafe of data.  what do I need to do to fix this?

To what API endpoint are you referring?

This one; https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-issue-search/#api-rest-api-3-search-jql-get 

There is no startAt property for this call, you will need to use the nextPageToken.

Did you try changing the StartAt as described here? https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/intro/#pagination
