Jira email notification by project

is it possible to have an email notification by project (for example when a ticket is created) ?

We have Jira sofware.

Notification schemes are assigned per project so you can tailor one to fit a specific project. By default notifications are sent whenever an issue is created to the reporter and assignee. If what you have isn't fitting your needs just create a new one that does and assign it to the project.
