Jira doesn't load on any browser

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I am new to Jira and recently created an account and joined a team.
I need to create an issue on Jira as part of my work, but Jira is not loading for me on any browser I have tried both Safari and Google Chrome, I have also tried VPN, but that didn't work either and I would also like to add that Confluence works fine for me, so i'm not sure what the issue is?
This is how Jira looks for me and no matter how long I wait it doesn't change or let me press any buttons on the dashboard.
