After connecting JIRA (cloud) with BitBucket, there are no repositories to select from in JIRA (I have a lot).

Each JIRA user has to identify as a user in Bitbucket, either using OAuth tokens or using basic auth. In both cases, you need to make sure that the corresponding user has access to the repositories in Bitbucket. Is that the case?
