Jira displays a message when I go in SSO using IE that IE is not the optimal browser to use.

One item that does not work for me is Chrome. Jira displays a message when I go in SSO using IE that IE is not the optimal browser to use. It suggests Chrome. When I go into Chrome, SSO does not occur and I have to sign in manually using my password prior to when I changed it a few days ago.
SSO should work with Chrome, correct?????
