Jira date issue | Jira saving wrong date

When we tried to set the Start date and Release date of Releases, It's saving to previous day before. For Example:

If we set

Start date -> 4/Nov/2019  and Release date -> 11/Nov/2019

after saving it saves as.

Start date -> 3/Nov/2019  and Release date -> 10/Nov/2019

Can't figure out what is causing this issue. We are considering changing the timezone.

Could You please that Your PC time synced with jira server? Also check timezone in java https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/documentation/tzupdater-readme-136440.html

Are You using some automation plugin? Maybe some script decrease dates for release field?
