Jira connect Project with ID not found

I have JIRA Cloud with JIRA Mobile Connect enabled on all my projects and this has worked fine until today when trying to create a new project.  In Project settings, I click the 'Enable' link for JIRA Mobile Connect and receive a message: "Project with ID: 10801 not found  Disabled" .

It is setup the same as all my other projects.  The only change is I've moved offices so my IP address has changed.  Would this affect it?

I have the same problem, any advice? It don't seem to be a permission issue. I and 'jiraconnectuser' can browse projects and create issues.
