Jira (cloud) to Power BI connection using Webhooks

Hello All, 

We are trying to pull data from Jira (cloud) to our Power BI (cloud) instance. We have tried multiple options without any success. 

For Webhook what URL are we pasting ? I am following the steps from :

4. Paste the copied URL in the URL field. I am stuck at this point. 

Please advise.
