Jira cloud sneds invites to suspended users and adds them to Jira Product discovery.

Today (15/10/2025) we have encountered an error where Jira Cloud has automatically invited a number of suspended users to Jira Product Discovery. 

In Audit logs it says IDP, but weird part is that we are inviting people in via API and not SSO ( it is not even connected). It only happened now (turned off the JPD as default invite app, just now so I'll be monitoring if it'll happen again). Otherwise I am not even sure how to approach the issue.

Has anyone encountered this issue? According to admin logs Jira did it by itself????
