Hi team,
I have set up Jira cloud for sheets in two different files, and scheduled a daily refresh in the morning using filters. The refreshes only happen 2-3 times a week, randomly or sometimes stop completely until I recreate the scheduling.
This is not useful and means we have to manually check daily if our reports are updated, which defeats the purpose of the automation.
Does anyone have come across a similar issue and knows how to fix it?
