Jira can not search user with upper case İ

Hi

When I search a user with lower case i 

I can see a user but searching with İ it is not listed any user.

I only have problem with upper case İ and lowe case ı ,

the others are Ok.

example:

/rest/api/latest/user/search?username=İ 

result => []
