Jira can not Marketplace is not reachable

Hi, I set up Jira software. but I can not access Jira marketplace.

I get this message.

This version of JIRA is unrecognized by the Atlassian Marketplace. It might be a non-standard build or be too new to appear.

Could you please help?

that sure seems "bug-ish" to me. I would contact Atlassian Support.

I can access it with my browser for sure but I can not access in my Jira software (server 8.11.0). I get this error message.

"This version of JIRA is unrecognized by the Atlassian Marketplace. It might be a non-standard build or be too new to appear."
