Based on the latest update from Atlassian Status, there's a hiccup when it comes to error message so you can expect the system to work normally within 1-2 hours hopefully.

On top of what Peter said, you can sometimes get caught in the maintenance window where some of your Atlassian apps might require some downtime. However, if you try to log in during the downtime, I think there's a different error displayed.
Anyway, regarding hash code and trace number, that's usually relevant to the official Support team > if you're still experiencing this, I'd suggest reaching out to them via the previous link so they can troubleshoot what's going on with your apps.
