Jira board stopped loading

Hi. One of the board stopped loading. nothing changed on our side. it is not open anymore.

Could you please share a screenshot or the error that it shows while trying to access the board

Please also check below

- if you have browse permission to the project of the board

- if you have permission to the filter of the board as wel

Hi anna, try to disable all the browser extensions if you have any, then reload the board.

Try also to cancel browser cache and if still doesn't work try from in private mode or from another browser

Did you get any error message, or it is just blank? Which browser are you using? Have you cleared your cache and started in incognito mode?
