We've been on hiatus from a project for a while and just noticed that our Jira project was deleted due to inactivity. It looks like it's been deactivated for 50 days at this point, and according to this document, our Free account allows 60 days before full deletion. So there might still be a chance to recover our work!
Problem is going through the steps for recovery has been a loop:
1. After going through billing I see this:
2. Whenever I click Reactivate it gives me the prompt to start a Support ticket like so:
Problem is even when I put my details in, there is no submit button and the Reactivation guide here just tells me to start at step 1 again.
Can I get some help recovering our work?

I've already gone through these instructions. The issue as shown above is that unfortunately there is no Submit button when I try to reactivate via support ticket. So I'm in a sort of loop trying to reactivate the subscription.
