we had an issue recently where a jira board permission was changed on a project that resulted in the template being changed and affected multiple other boards that were created using that template. Is there a way to isolate the boards once created from the template so that we can make permission changes without it also changing at the template level. Is this possible?
@Help Support Changing the template will not impact the boards that were originally created with the board. I am guessing that you updated a filter that was shared by the boards and you will need to separate that out.
