Jira basic - How do I create a Watcher column to see who is watching an issue?

I'm working in a queue with a bunch of people and would like to ideally have a column called Watchers that list out the names of the users watching an issue. What can I do?

Right now as far as Watcher column go there's the option to see how MANY users are watching an issue which is not what I want.

Ideally, it would be a column called Watchers that list out ONLY the names of the users in OUR DEPARTMENT even though we may have other collaborators as watchers. Thank you!

there isn't a means of doing this natively. You would need to consider a third-party solution.
