Jira automation- adding fields value from the 'form' to a new sub task

Hi,

im trying to add some field values that the reporter entered in the form

and to add them to the new subtasks that was created automatically

what do i missing?

Are the fields in the form mapped to Jira fields? If yes, how are you trying to copy the values down to the sub-task? Are you using an Automation rule? If so, can you share the rule you have created so far?
