Hi All,

Problem statement : To notify by triggering an email to SM, PO or particular group 45 days and 30 days before the yearly subscription ends (Static / Fixed date every year)  for a particular service.

Request if anyone could help me with it.

Thanks

Pankaj

Hello @Pankaj Patankar

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

You can use an Automation Rule with a Schedule trigger to send an email on a specific date each year. You would need a rule for each specific date.

If the date is recorded in an issue, then you could set the rule to run every day and find the issues where that date is 45 days or 30 days in the future, and then send the message.

You did not indicate if you are using Jira Cloud or Jira Data Center, so here are the links to the Automation Rules documentation for both.

Thanks @Trudy Claspill  for quick reply. We use Jira Cloud. Will try to test and circle back if needed.
